On the River’s Edge Sauvignon blanc vines bear grapes brimming with fruit flavours. These grapes are picked in the cool hours of early morning to capture the freshness in the bottle.
Light style and clean expression of crisp Sauvignon blanc flavours: Reminiscent of freshly squished lemonade with mint leaves in summer, fig leaves and the smell of apples. Elegant limey flavours and clean mintlike minerality.

This wine I make for my friends. Three grapes are used to make the fruitiest wine imaginable. Sauvignon blanc (40%), Semillon (40%) and Colombard(20%) are put together to create a light style fruity wine
Light and fresh, this blend communicates springtime vivacity. It shows flavours of guava, paw-paw, winter melons, green prickly pears and kiwi fruit.

Chunky rich youngberry, and full ripe flavours of black grapes and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The silky soft tannins glide down with ease. A dangerously delicious wine.

Tricolore was inspired whilst working for a harvest season in France. We loved their combination of style, flair and a love of life and decided to call this wine Tricolore.
An orchard of ripe black cherries, blueberries and plums join together in seamless harmony. The berry flavours are well matched with the spice of gentle oak ageing.
